Our History
Singbon New Materials was founded in 2018 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. The company's headquarters are located in the Cuiping Industrial Park, Qixia, Yantai City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 65,000 square meters and comprising an office building and three standardized production workshops. It also has a large intelligent manufacturing base in Huizhou, Guangdong, with a total area of 80,000 square meters. The company's two large factories have an annual production capacity of over 400,000 tons, including 200,000 tons of polyester polyol and 200,000 tons of TPU, with projected revenue of US$200 million in 2025.
Singbon New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of TPU, polyester polyol, shoe adhesives, hot melt adhesives, ETPU,modified TPU, 3D printing materials, and also engages in the trading of MDI and adipic acid.
Singbon New Materials' main products include polyester polyols, polyurethane adhesives, polyurethane hot melt adhesives, and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU). These products are widely used in global civil, industrial, automotive parts manufacturing, and medical equipment fields. The company is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of polyurethane resin products.
Our Factory
Currently, Singbon New Materials has two modernizing production bases with a production capacity of 400,000 tons.
In 2021, the company invested 240 million yuan to build the Singbon New Materials Industrial Park in Shandong Province, establishing Singbon New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. The factory in Shandong province covers an area of 65,000 square meters and includes an office building and three standardized production workshops. Its annual TPU production capacity reaches 100,000 tons, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan.
In 2024, Guangdong Singbon New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on building the Singbon New Materials Huizhou Industrial Park in Guangdong Province. The factory covers a total area of 80,000 square meters, and its main products include polyester-based TPU, polyether-based TPU, polyester polyols, shoe adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, modified TPU, and 3D printing materials. The annual output value is expected to exceed 2 billion yuan.

Production Equipment
Singbon New Materials utilizes industry-leading smart factory systems and currently boasts an integrated facility with an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons of polyester polyols and 200,000 tons of TPU. The workshops employ fully automated production lines and are equipped with a DCS (Distributed Control System) digital cross-connection system, continuously improving production efficiency and safety performance.
Production Market
The domestic market share of the company's leading products can reach 40%, and the products are exported to Asia, Europe, South East Asia, Latin America ,Africa etc. We have been cooperating with domestic and foreign chemical companies . Our Service
Pre-sales:
After contacting staff in the TPU International Trade Department, we engage in in-depth discussions about application requirements. With the support of our technical team, we provide accurate, testable samples for pre-production testing.
In- sales:
After successful sample testing, we discuss contract details with the customer, and then arrange production and shipment.
After-sales:
We closely monitor the usage of the materials. If the customer encounters any production problems, we promptly report the issues to the technical team and provide solutions.
